The main reason I bought this guitar was firstly, I liked the look of it. It looks pretty neat don't you think?
Secondly the reviews were excellent and thirdly the price.
It wasn't going to break the bank and also the fact it was a steel strung guitar was an great bonus.
It's a Falcon FGR100 and it cost me at the time around £75..It didn't come with a strap so I bought myself one of these:
It's a lovely woven strap, very comfortable and cost me about £5. I think it will last me a long long time.
Next up I needed to make sure I was in tune. Very important to make sure you are in tune before you ever begin to play. These tuners are idiot proof, so luckily I was going to be OK!
It actually clips on your guitar and can also tune violins, Ukeleles etc....very decent and easy to use...cost me £10.
Needed some guitar picks and these were very cheap to buy....just £3 for about 10...excellent value and the range of picks out there is amazing..very collectable!
So that was all of the hardware I needed to play.......now I needed some software...books!
I will put all of the books I bought (just 3!) on the Books page..you can link to it here.
Here is all of my kit available on Amazon....check it out and the reviews too
